Jonathan Ketteridge Associates Ltd is an established commercial project and cost management consultancy based in Leeds currently servicing projects throughout the UK and globally.

From humble beginnings in 2005, JKA has since provided project management services on some of the most prestigious schemes in the region and claims management services on some of the highest-profile building projects internationally.

As a valued member of the team, JKA has been retained by its employer’s agency, dispute resolution and quantity surveying clients who appreciate the benefits of employing experienced, dual-qualified consultants.

Jonathan Ketteridge

Jonathan is a quantity surveyor with 35 year’s experience in private practice.
Jonathan specialises in the delivery of Employer’s Agency/Project Management services and drafting and defending claims.
A chartered quantity surveyor and fellow of the chartered institute of arbitrators holding a post graduate diploma in arbitration and post graduate certificates in adjudication and project management, Jonathan also holds an advanced professional award in expert witness evidence.
During his time in the industry Jonathan has provided project management and quantity surveying services on developments over £30 million in the UK (£120 million internationally) and expert witness/claims advice on claims to £250 million internationally.
Jonathan established JKA in 2005 to service commercial clients in the retail, commercial and residential sectors and has since expanded to serve numerous public sector and contractor/subcontractor clients.

Nigel
Weatherall

BSc (Hons) FQSi

Nigel is a Commercial Director / Quantity surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the Construction industry, as well as a Qualified Lecturer in Further & Higher Education establishments.
He has extensive experience of Construction Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudication, Mediation and Expert Determination processes under both main contracts and sub-contracts.
A Fellow of the Quantity Surveying Institute, Nigel has worked on projects ranging from £500k to £32m across the Commercial, Leisure, Retail and Education sectors and has extensive commercial and contractual acumen, managing the success of projects from tender award through Contract to final account. 
He also has a comprehensive contractual knowledge of all the major standard forms of contract and subcontract commonly used within the industry including the JCT and NEC Contracts together with strong construction technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of site processes and building design solutions.

Elisha Leake

BA (Hons)

Elisha is a Quantity Surveyor with an undergraduate degree in International Architecture and further qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
She has experience of delivering quantity surveying services on projects across different sectors, including residential and retail and her understanding of the principles of architecture give her a unique approach to and consideration of projects.
Through her studies both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, she has developed an interest in sustainability and is keen to contribute to the construction of high quality, environmentally conscious buildings.
